How to book a Massage appointment

Step 1: Select "New Client" or "Returning Client"

Step 2: Select the Service

 

  1. Choose Your Service:

    • Once on the this page, you'll see a list of services offered by Sacred Sanctuary. Select the service you want to book.
       

  2. View Service Details:

    • You might see a brief description, duration, and price of the service. Ensure you're selecting the right one for your needs.
       

  3. New Client?

    • Please select "First Time Visit" This will be a 90 min duration appointment. 30min is dedicated to paperwork and getting to know your concerns so that we can tailor your massage session specifically to you. 60min will be dedicated to your massage.​
       

Step 3: Choose a Date and Time

 

  1. Select Date:

    • Use the calendar view to pick a date that suits you. Available dates are highlighted, while booked or unavailable dates are typically greyed out or not clickable.
       

  2. Select Time:

    • After choosing a date, you'll see available timeslots. Choose a time that works best for you. 
       

Step 4: Fill Out Client Information

 

  1. New Client?

    • If you're a new client, you'll need to enter your personal details like name, email, and phone number. You might also need to create an account for future bookings.
       

  2. Existing Client:

    • If you've booked before, you might only need to log in or confirm your details are correct.
       

Step 5: Forms and Policies

 

  1. Intake Forms:

    • New clients will be provided a link to fill out online intake forms. This could include health history, consent forms, or specific questions related to the service. Filling out these forms online is voluntary. We provide 30min for all new clients to fill out required forms during your appointment.
       

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • You'll likely see a note about the cancellation policy. Make sure to read this as it might affect any deposits or payments.
       

Step 6: Payment and Confirmation

 

  1. Payment Details:

    • We may require you to enter payment details for a deposit or full payment to secure the booking. Our booking software supports secure payment processing.
       

  2. Confirm Booking:

    • Review all entered information for accuracy. Once you confirm your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment.
       

Step 7: Reminders and Preparation

 

  1. Appointment Reminders:

    • We will send automated reminders via email or SMS as the appointment date approaches. These reminders can include options to add the appointment to your personal calendar depending on your particular app.

      Prepare for Your Visit:

    • Follow any preparation instructions included in your confirmation or reminder messages.
